The approach

The Philosophy... The Journey

Life can be challenging, and inevitably we all experience difficult times that cause struggle. The approach here lies in how we manage those obstacles, or perceive them in a different way.

The Philosophy... The Journey

Life can be challenging

That struggle shows itself in many ways: in physical and mental health, in spiritual well-being, in feelings of disconnection. Or it may simply feel like we are searching for that missing piece to life's puzzle.

Some of it may seem familiar, because these are not reinvented methods. But they are often presented in isolation, separated by a lack of open-mindedness and by dividing voices in society.

A place to explore

This platform offers a space where multiple approaches, methods and treatments are introduced in a responsible and educational way, with room to explore, to grow, and to ask questions.

Relating to others who share their struggles and their successes helps inspire the active pursuit of a healthier life, with particular attention to the act of doing good.

Using a holistic and integrative approach to mind, body, spirit and how it is connected to our environment allows us to perceive life's puzzles in a different way.

Inclusive by design

Keeping in mind your own religious or spiritual beliefs, cultural background and identity, this approach is inclusive in nature and thrives on diversity of thought, ideas and approaches to self-fulfilment.

Dr. S has worked with people of many backgrounds and conditions, from depression, anxiety and other psychiatric disorders through to chronic pain, with particular experience among veterans, clients with ADHD, and in sports psychiatry.

An inner compass

These concepts are guidelines. You choose which ideas resonate most with you. They form a framework that adapts to each person, encouraging self-actualisation that keeps evolving alongside your own core principles, an inner compass to guide you along your own unique journey.

Be well and do good.
