Integrative Psychiatry — Toronto
Be Well. Do Good.
I'm Dr. Mandeep Singh, but you can call me Dr. S. An integrative approach to mental health, treating mind, body and spirit as connected.

The Philosophy... The Journey
Life can be challenging, and inevitably we all experience difficult times that cause struggle. Or it may simply feel like we are searching for that missing piece to life's puzzle.
The approach here lies in how we manage those obstacles, or perceive them in a different way.
Be Well. Do Good.
Be Well Do Good represents a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing.
Be Well refers to your own self-care journey. It encompasses curiosity, empathy, mental health, nutrition, physical health, progression and self-awareness.
Do Good comes from being well. When you are well you are motivated and able to take part in positive change, and able to help others on their journey.
The five elements
Resiliency
Your backbone. Facing challenges, coping, and building lasting strength.
Health
Your body. Physical and mental health, nutrition, and staying active.
Relationships
Your arms. Your partner, your family, your friends.
Spirituality
Your heart and soul. Life purpose, faith, meditation and connection.
Career
Your mind. The role your work plays in your quality of life and values.

The 543 Method
A personalised treatment plan built through an integrative approach. It counts down through three stages: five elements to work across, four A's to move through, and three R's to keep returning to.
